Bassett Street Elementary has served the students of the Lake Balboa/Van Nuys community since 1958. Approximately 700 students attend the school. Our dedicated faculty, administrators, and staff collaborate with families to ensure that all students are college and career ready.  

All Bassett stakeholders will provide a safe and motivating environment for life-long learners, who are prepared to participate as responsible citizens in a diverse and complex technological society.
